Parallel (Simultaneously / Independent)
– Each Processor Inside a Parallel Effect Takes the Original Signal, Processes it and then the Output Gets Mixed

Serial (Coupled)
– Inside a Serial Chain, Each Process uses the Same Signal Again and Again Before One Final Output
Parallel Filter
– 2 Two Filters are Running Separately
– Enabling Parallel Mode for the Filters Means Each Filter Takes the Original Signal, Processes it and then the Output gets Mixed
– i.e. Source Signal is Fed Into the Main Filter 1 then from there to Out and Simultaneously (Parallel) into Main Filter 2 and from there Out
Serial Filter
– the First Filter is Fed into the Second One
– will Result in Stronger Effect as the Filtering Happens Twice
– i.e. Source Signal Goes through Filter 1 Into Filter 2 then Out (Coupled)
Parallel Compression
– the Choice of Mixing in the Compressed Sound into the Normal Sound with a Certain Level
– Either a Parallel Capable Compressor as Insert per Track
– or a Send to a Bus Compressor with a High Ratio such as 10:1, Hard Knee, Little Longer Release, Threshold Fully Wet, a Custom Attack Setting Depending on Material and Adjusted Overall Output
Serial Compression
– Compress the Compressed Signal Again
– i.e. Simply 2 Independent Compressors in a Row
