– the Idea is to Know which Box to Mix First and Continue in Little Boxes Until all Instruments are Mixed in Terms of Panning
Workflow
1) Put 1 Thing to Middle
2) Pan 2 Same Related Weight Things a Little Off Centre at Same Position, e.g. L33 and R33
– Do Not Use Automatic Doubler or so, Use 2 Performances or at Least 2 Similar Weighted Instruments and Pan Them so they are Separated (can be a Guitar L33 and a Piano R33)
3) At 1 Point in the Song there will be Material that is Spread Left / Right, Pick Them and “Hard” Pan Them Now L95 and R95 (or L75 & R75)
– i.e. so the Left Speaker can Barely Hear the Right Speaker and Viceversa, but Do Not Make Them Pop Out (Do Not Go 100 or it will Sound Disconnected from the Mix)
4) Now we have 1 Centred Object, 2 Off Centred and 2 Quasi Hard Panned
