Gated Reverb Trick

– if you Want a Big Sound but without the Reverb Tail you can use a Gate

– Try Tiled Room Reverb Presets for Drum Kits (Lexicon Room Plugin / Drum Rooms)

1) Add your Reverb to a Bus Track

2) Put a Gate Plugin after the Reverb

3) Play with Gates Threshold, Release and other Relevant Parameters to Shape the Gate

4) In the case of very different Attacks from Source, put a Compressor just before Reverb to Even Out those Differences
