Reinterprets an existing song. Creates a Remix of it. More of a Co-Creation.
Remix can be any Genre. Which often desired to make the existing Song more famous in other Genres.
What elements remain and what elements should be new is defined by the Original Creator and / or Remixer (e.g. typically Remixer gets the Original Vocals and builds a new instrumental).
Remix is typically released with full credit (e.g. Remix by “Yendo Starritz”). Remixer is payed with a flat fee and Remix royalties are shared between Original Artist and Remixer.
Original Artist 100% retains Master Rights for Original performance while Remixer gets Rights for the new elements he/she introduced.
If You want to go towards a Commercial Song and be in full control, then choose Ghost Production.
If you want to go towards a Re-interpretation of your Song and /or make your Original more famous, then choose Remix Production. Remix can be any Genre.
Hight quality industry standard unique produced and mastered track. Ready for You to Enter Your Metadata and release. Including all required Audio formats.
In Ghost Production, No one else can buy this track after you have purchased it. Your track is unique.
In Remix Production, No one gets the same Remix track after it has been placed. Again, Your track is unique.
This only affects Remix Production (in my case).
The standard price for a Remix Production is 500.- CHF. The usual Remix Production deal is that Royalties are usually shared between the Original Composer and the Remixer and the Remixer keeps the Master Rights for the new elements he/she brought in.
If You However want to also gain the Master rights for the new elements i brought in plus keep all royalties for You, we can make a Buyout deal where you pay me an extra 300.- CHF . This then equals to the exact same deal (terms) as in Ghost Production.
That’s it for the Remix Production Buyout deal from my side. Quasi the same as in the Ghost Production deal where you pay me once and never again.
