Classic 80ies Gated Drum with Hofa Reverb

• Use Hofa Reverb “Gate” Option or the “IR Cut” (or Combine Both)

1) INIT Preset and Search for “Gated” IR (or Any Other IR of Course)

2) Enable “Gate” and Adjust the “Hold” Parameter to Match Length / Rhythm

3) Also Adjust Threshold if Necessary

4) If you Enable “IR Cut” you can Tailor the IR

• i.e. Use “Trim At Start” to Offset the IR Start and / or Use “Fade In” to Fade In the IR (Kind of Reverse Effect and Leave Space for Original Attack)

5) Enable Compressor with Strong Ratio, Fast Attack and Fast Release

6) Now you can Still Change Basic IR, but Remember to Lock Modules (i.e. Gate, Compressor etc.) by Pressing “Keep Parameters” Before Doing so
