How to Know the Master is Good

in

1) Speakers and Room Acoustics, you can Not Tweak What You Do Not Hear 

    • Phase Response

    2) Avoid Ear Fatigue

    • Listen from Outside the Room and in All Possible Options

    3) Search for Another Person that is also Trained for Optimal Quality

    4) Use Meters Analysis with Caution

    • Check Loudness, i.e. Integrated etc.
    • Use Loudness Penalty, i.e. Look at How Much the Track will be Lowered by the Streaming Services (or Increased)

    5) EQ Balance, i.e. Amount of Lows / Mids / Highs

    • Make the Lowest Lows so they Dance Around -24dBFS
    • Make the Mids from 100Hz to 2000kHz so they Dance Around -36dBFS to -48dBFS
    • Make the Highest Highs so they Dance Around -48dBFS

    6) Check for Bad Distortion or Add Distortion

    • when you Add Distortion, you can Phase Swap Original vs Master to Hear Distortion (or Others)
